Definitions

1. “FishStorie,” “we” or “us”: FishStorie Ltd., a company registered in Portugal (Company Registration No.: ___), with its registered office at [Full Address].

2. “Customer,” “you” or “your”: any individual or entity placing orders through our website.

3. “Products”: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and tank tops sold on fishstorie.com or bio.site/fishstorie.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of Products made by Customers, worldwide.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By completing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

4. Orders

1. All orders are subject to stock availability.

2. After payment confirmation, we will send you an email with your order number and estimated shipping date.

5. Prices & Payment

1. Prices are quoted in euros (EUR), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

2. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, and MB Way.

3. Orders are processed only after payment authorization.

6. Shipping & Delivery

1. Processing time: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

2. International shipping: available worldwide.

3. Shipping fees: calculated at checkout, based on destination country.

4. You will receive tracking details once your package ships.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

1. Ordered by mistake: You may request a full refund within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery by emailing info@fishstorie.com.

2. After this 48-hour window, all sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted.

3. To qualify for a refund, Products must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

4. Return shipping costs for “ordered by mistake” refunds will be covered by FishStorie (prepaid label provided).

8. Defective or Damaged Items

1. Report defects or damage within 5 days of delivery by emailing info@fishstorie.com with photos of the issue.

2. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund—including return shipping—at no extra cost to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to trademarks, logos, images, and designs belong to FishStorie. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

10. Liability

1. FishStorie is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any losses resulting from misuse of Products.

2. Our maximum liability is limited to the total purchase price of the relevant order.

11. Data Protection

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, to the exclusion of any other venue.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
