Thank you for shopping with FishStorie! We want you to love your new fish-tastic gear. Please review our policy below for refunds, returns, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • By Mistake: If you ordered the wrong item or placed an order in error, you may request a full refund within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt.

  • After 48 Hours: All sales become final. We do not offer refunds or returns after the 2-day window.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us

    • Email info@fishstorie.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours after delivery.

  2. Ship It Back

    • We’ll reply with a prepaid return label.

    • Pack the item in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, with tags attached).

  3. Get Your Money Back

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges: We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please request a refund for the first item and place a new order.

  • Store Credit: We do not issue store credit.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Notify Us Within 5 Days of delivery at info@fishstorie.com, including photos of the issue.

  2. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refundβ€”no questions asked!

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping for β€œordered by mistake” refunds is covered by FishStorie (prepaid label).

  • Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
