1. Eligibility for Refunds
By Mistake: If you ordered the wrong item or placed an order in error, you may request a full refund within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt.
After 48 Hours: All sales become final. We do not offer refunds or returns after the 2-day window.
2. How to Request a Refund
Contact Us
Email info@fishstorie.com with your order number and reason for return.
Requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours after delivery.
Ship It Back
Weβll reply with a prepaid return label.
Pack the item in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, with tags attached).
Get Your Money Back
Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll process your refund to the original payment method within 5β7 business days.
3. Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges: We currently do not support direct exchanges. If youβd like a different size or style, please request a refund for the first item and place a new order.
Store Credit: We do not issue store credit.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Notify Us Within 5 Days of delivery at info@fishstorie.com, including photos of the issue.
Weβll arrange a replacement or full refundβno questions asked!
5. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping for βordered by mistakeβ refunds is covered by FishStorie (prepaid label).
Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
